Luku is a personal book tracking application that allows you to manage your reading library, track reading sessions and progress, and view reading statistics. The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You may not create accounts for the purpose of abusing the service or other users.
You retain ownership of all data you add to Luku, including book information, reading sessions, reviews, ratings, and notes. You can export or delete your data at any time. We do not claim any rights to your content.

Book metadata, covers, ratings, and descriptions are fetched from third-party sources including Goodreads, Google Books, Open Library, and others. This content belongs to its respective owners. Luku caches this data to improve your experience but does not claim ownership of third-party content.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luku and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
